The Richmond Arts Center is located in the heart of Richmond as part of the Civic Center Plaza near City Hall and the main public library.  It is the largest visual arts center in the East Bay that delivers exciting arts experiences to young and old alike who reflect the diverse richness of the community.  

 

The Richmond Art Center is  equipped with sky lights, well equipped studios, free wireless access and large gallery spaces.  The 25,000 square facility can be rented for workshops, meetings, retreats, and special events.

Additional Information

Galleries are free, open to the public and is wheelchair accessible.  A wheelchair can be checked out free of charge on a first-come-first-serve basis.  Parking is free at the center.  There are parking spots available in both the 25th Street and Barrett Avenue parking lots.  On-street parking is plentiful around the center.
